           Time to tune into another compilation of rare solos from Telugu movies. Let us dig into some interesting songs in this compilation.
           Chakravarty who was known for his peppy tunes and rhythm based songs was no less in giving soul stirring songs. Very first song is this compilation “Cheekatantha Mesi” is a classic example for the same.
           We can listen to two rare songs from both Dakshinamurthy’s here. Susarla Dakshina murthy who gave an evergreen classic called “Narthanasala” returned back in NTR’s “Srimad Virataparvam” during 70’s.Maestro of Malayalam cinema V Dakshina murthy’s “Adi Shankaracharya” was dubbed in Telugu and SJ was present in both languages.
            Along with Dakshinamurthy, we can listen to MB Sreenivasan’s tune also in this compilation.Interestingly, Famous music director of Hindi cinema Usha Khanna, who gave a classic “Moodal Manju” to Malayalam audience composed music for a rare movie “Premaku premante telusa” which is also featured here.
           Another song that needs special mention here is “Saranu Viroopaksha” which is from “Sri Krishna Devarayalu” (Kannada dub). Luckily this song had almost all Sanskrit words. Hence, instead of redoing complete song, they just patched in Telugu words wherever required, which is clearly audible at “Dharanelu dora neeve”.
